The Students' Counseling and Guidance Office at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) is committed to promoting the holistic development, well-being, and academic success of our students. We recognize that university life is not only about academic achievement but also about personal growth, leadership development, and active participation in campus life.

Our mission is to provide professional counseling services, career guidance, and welfare support to help students address academic, emotional, social, and personal challenges. Through skilled and ethical counseling practices, we aim to foster self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the optimal development of students’ personal resources.

Beyond counseling, our office plays an active role in enriching student life through extracurricular and co-curricular activities. We work closely with various student clubs and organizations to facilitate leadership training, debate and cultural competitions, sports events, and community engagement projects. We also coordinate the celebration of national and international days, organize career festivals, fresher’s reception programs, talent shows, and social awareness campaigns. Additionally, we take initiatives to support financially disadvantaged yet meritorious students, enabling them to pursue their academic goals without interruption.

The Students' Counseling and Guidance Office functions as a hub for student welfare, creativity, and collaboration. Under the leadership of the Director, supported by Assistant Directors, administrative staff, and dedicated volunteers, we strive to create a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive campus environment where every student can explore their potential and make meaningful contributions to the university community.
